Mexico's AMLO Picks Ex-ECLAC Chief as Finance Minister
Mexico's President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador (AMLO) has announced that Alicia Barcena, former Executive Secretary of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC), will be the new Minister of Foreign Affairs.
