Amber Alert Issued in Surrey for Brother & Sister

Surrey, BC police have issued an Amber Alert for a brother and sister who were last seen in the area. The two children are believed to be in the company of their father, who is wanted by police for abduction. The children are described as 12 years old and 8 years old.
