Ariz. Court Rejects Most of Lake's Appeal

The Arizona Court of Appeals ruled against Republican Gov. Doug Ducey and declined most of the lawsuit filed by former Republican state lawmaker Phil Lake. Lake argued that Ducey violated the state constitution when he reappointed a Democrat to the Corporation Commission in 2018.
