Mexico Challenges Texas' Floating Border Wall Plan on Rio Grande
Mexico has filed a complaint to the International Boundary and Water Commission (IBWC) regarding a Texas plan to put a floating barrier in the Rio Grande river. The barrier would be in place to prevent illegal crossings into the US from Mexico.
