Peru Takes Over Pacific Alliance Pro Tempore Pres.

The Pacific Alliance (PA) is a Latin American trade bloc that has recently announced that Peru will take the Pro Tempore Presidency of the organization. The PA is made up of five countries: Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru and, most recently, Costa Rica.
